Mr. Manoj Pant, Director of Touchwood Engineering & Projects Pvt. Ltd., is a experienced industrial leader with over 40+ years of experience across automotive, electronics, and precision manufacturing sectors. He has held key leadership roles in multinational Japanese and Korean organizations such as Hero Honda Motors, QH Talbros Group, XO Infotech etc. contributing at top management levels and bringing global manufacturing practices into execution.

He has successfully established 24+ manufacturing plants, with strong expertise in building operations from greenfield stage to full-scale production. Notably, he played a key role in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), including contributing to the production of India’s first LG-branded mobile phone at Starion India at Ranjangaon Pune & Maxx Mobile Communications Limited at Mumbai.

His core strengths include SMT operations, machining systems, industrial engineering, and end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle management, driven by the 4M methodology (Man, Machine, Material, Method). He maintains a strong focus on process standardization, quality systems, productivity improvement, and hands-on shop-floor control.

Mr. Pant brings a well-established ecosystem of OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, die & tool makers, and machining vendors—enabling faster execution, efficient product development, and a reliable, cost-effective supply chain.

His expertise also extends to civil construction, project management, product development, feasibility analysis, and workforce training, ensuring structured, scalable, and high-performance operations.
